Reduction of errors and complaints

Everyday challenges

Errors and claims are often a significant reason for cost-of-poor-quality in companies. If the cause of the errors is human, structured job-training can often be a powerful tool to reduce costs.

Three focus areas are:
- Structured job-training programs for new employees
- Training of existing employees in case of process changes
- Retraining in critical processes

Structured job-training programs for new employees

Structured job training programs for new employees are achieved through role-based training plans. Trainers and employees have direct access to training materials and instructions. It is possible to link to relevant documents, e.g. SOPs, in the quality management system. At the same time, it is possible to load training material directly into the platform in the form of text, documents and videos.

Training in case of process changes

When processes are added or modified to a degree that requires orientation or training, the platform uses roles to manage which employees are affected. It is possible to manage responsibility for the completion of training, and the people who are responsible have overview of the completion status and outstanding tasks. The role matrix shows department managers the impact on their employees' training degree in the roles affected.

Retraining in critical processes

A powerful tool to reduce errors and claims is to work structured with retraining or process confirmation in carefully selected processes or training tasks. The platform supports management of the retraining frequency and automatically generates training tasks for relevant people. Managers and trainers have access to current and upcoming retraining tasks.
